The Deadhouse Presents Cuts From The Slab
New Orleans based horrorpunk group The Tomb Of Nick Cage have been steadily infiltrating the scene for a few years now, whether it be with their debut self-titled EP (Stereo Terror review here) or their split with fellow horrorpunks Jason & The Kruegers based on The Howling entitled Under The Wolf Moon (Stereo Terror review here). The band has been at work on their next album, due for release early next year, but to help satiate fans appetites for more horrorpunk, TONC just wrapped production on their new video for They Live, a tribute to the classic John Carpenter film of the same name, starring the late, great Rowdy Roddy Piper. You may also notice the awesome green handled sunglasses used in the video. The Tomb Of Nick Cage “Truth Detecting” sunglasses can actually be purchased by heading to the band’s Official Store. As the proud owner of a pair, I can’t recommend them enough so that you can see the truth of the world for the very first time!
I am extremely thrilled and honored to be premiering the new video here in a DeadTube
exclusive, in addition to the announcement that the song will see its initial release on the upcoming Deadhouse compilation album, Cuts From The Slab! If you are unfamiliar with the upcoming album, head over here for more details! In the meantime, check out the brand new video for They Live below with frontwoman Kym Trailz and the whole gang, and stay tuned to The Deadhouse for more details on the impending release of Cuts From The Slab!
