Mister Gore

Founder and Editor In Chief of The Deadhouse. First enthralled by horrorpunk through Wednesday 13 and Blitzkid, I have found myself entrenched in the horrorpunk scene for several years now. My all-time favorite band is Blitzkid, and my favorite movie of all-time is the 1978 version of Dawn Of The Dead. I have been writing about horrorpunk and horror for many years now, and my goal is to ensure the spreading of the scene, and to make The Deadhouse the biggest and most important horrorpunk website on the internet. You can follow me on Twitter here.

Psycho Billy (aka: Garrett Keith Renders) is the Deadhouse psychobilly correspondent and resident expert of all things ‘billy. Garrett also plays upright bass in the London-based psychobilly band Running From Daylight. Garrett first became interested in the genre after attending psychobilly concerts at Call The Office that were headlined by bands such as The Creepshow and The Brains. Since then he has fallen in love with  the genre which lead to the formation of Running From Daylight. Since their inception, Running From Daylight has received an outpouring of support from both the psychobilly and horror punk scenes which prompted Garrett to join The Deadhouse in the hopes of giving back these music communities. If you have any ‘billy music that you would like Garrett  to check out shoot him an email at You can also check out his band Running From Daylight on Facebook or on Bandcamp at the Running From Daylight Bandcamp page.
